Cameron LNG employees recently celebrated the successful implementation of a new behavior-based safety (BBS) program, Enablon. Unlike traditional safety programs, which primarily focus on hazard identification, BBS directly targets employee behaviors that could lead to incidents and aims to create a collaborative environment where employees are actively involved in identifying and addressing safety concerns. During the luncheon, members of our leadership team provided an overview of the program, highlights from 2024, and outlined a path forward for 2025.
