We are on the lookout for a talented consultant to help us support young adults and high school students in gaining the critical durable skills needed to be successful post high school. ?? What We Need: A creative and skilled curriculum consultant to partner with us in refining and expanding our program. You'll play a crucial role in shaping an engaging and effective curriculum that aligns with our goals and resonates with high school students. ?? Scope of Work Includes: Comprehensive review and assessment of existing materials. Developing blended learning elements for flexible delivery. Creating impactful content and professional development resources. Integrating feedback to enhance curriculum quality. ?? Qualifications: Proven track record in curriculum design, particularly for high school or youth programs. Expertise in blended learning, pedagogy, and experiential learning. Strong grasp of high school education dynamics and student engagement strategies. ?? Timeline: Immediate start, with a view to launching content in late Feb/early March.
