Why nailing others because we are chasing for kindness and perfectionism. What we should know, is that our chances are never the same. There are very many people out side, who are struggling to look for jobs simply because they don't have the connections you are having and that is the reason why your career path may never be the same as my career path. If your career path involved connections by relatives or family friends, you should praise God for creating you with good luck. You know these fingers belong to an individual but they are never the same as in terms of sizes. Similarly we are all human beings but we can differ greatly in terms of wealth, luck and so on. If it took you only one month to get connected to a job opportunity and it has taken me almost two years while struggling, facing a lot of challenges and setbacks moreover in face of adversity along the way. Please people let's do away with nailing others, judge people with empathy and compassion because the challenges they face during job hunting may not be the challenges you happened to face. I may develop a doubt in the job hunting process most especially when I have realized that there are no chances for growth and advancement. The process may turn to be dramatic when for me I'm valuing my energy, data and time. Therefore I may not expect you to make your judgement on on me when I'm also trying to value my inputs. please people, let's understand others before we rush to judge them wrongly. thank you so much please, have a wonderful weekend.

Mathew 6 : 1-4 Let's say someone who appears to be in need is standing in front of the grocery store where you shop. Supposing he asks you to buy him a loaf of bread while you're inside, and you do. What goes on inside you after that? It could be easy to feel self-congratulatory - See what I did for a needy person! Soon that self-admiration might cause us to casually mention what we did for someone. Helping someone else is difficult not only because it forces us out of our self-preoccupation, but also because we face the temptation of congratulating and praising ourselves. The above passage challenges us to consider our giving to be a little secret between us and God. God spoke (through the voice of this needy person), I heard, I gave. Only God and I know what truly happened. In order to do this, it's important to talk to God about the situation after giving to someone, thanking Him for blessing us and making us to be a blessing to others. We can pray for God's guidance in their lives, maybe even asking God if there's something more we need to do. Giving to the poor and needy is God's business and we should keep Him at the center of it all. 2 Samuel 9.
