Hello Learners!! In my previous posts, I've outlined numerous instructions and precautions for internship applications. This time, I've compiled several instructions for once you've secured an internship: ? Dress appropriately in complete formal attire. ? Arrive on time to demonstrate your sincere commitment to the internship. ? Stay organized with your resources, such as your laptop and water bottle. ? Approach your internship with a hunger to learn as much as possible. ? Be truthful and honest; if you're not an expert in a task assigned to you, communicate this to your internship coordinator or advocate. ? Be expressive and interactive during your internship. ? Prioritize quality over quantity; avoid taking on too many simultaneous internships. ? Ask plenty of questions to your advocate; it will enrich your knowledge and foster a positive attitude. ? Interns contribute real value and should be compensated, not exploited under the guise of gaining experience. CHSS Student Summer Internships: Dept. of Communication, George Mason University student Sachita Pandey ????
