3 周Recently I visited a customer location and the store looked AMAZING! When I introduced myself to the store leader and praised their high standards... they showed me the daily checklist and said it was her secret weapon. She was also proud that she didn't need to do the cleaning herself and had her team members listed on the various assignments. Great point! The picture is what can happen if you don't have SOPs or a checklist.
