It was such an honor to be part of an insightful panel discussion this past Wednesday evening, hosted by the NAAAHR - Atlanta Chapter on one of the most critical topics of our time: Burnout among HR professionals. The challenges we've faced since the pandemic have only amplified the importance of addressing mental health and well-being in the workplace. As leaders, we must recognize the signs of burnout and take proactive steps to support our employees. Recognizing and understanding these challenges is the first step toward meaningful solutions. During our panel discussion, we delved into the prevalence of burnout in HR professionals, exploring its root causes and the impact of the pandemic on mental health in the workplace.
