It was a full and productive week of client work in TX with 4 back to back session days. That said, I was honored to be invited and super glad to get back yesterday to help train with ? Julio Melara for Baton Rouge Business Report‘s Leadership Academy. This program is limited to 36 participants twice per year and meticulously designed for some of the best and brightest emerging leaders in our community. It was so much fun to chop it up with Julio, share about what we’ve learned coaching and guiding over 100 companies, and then be asked some very powerful and insightful questions from these leaders. (This cohort is 65% female which was super cool to see as Dad of 3 young women) I always leave these type of events better than I arrived and inspired by the engagement and intention of the group.
