Director of Sales mandatory qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Software
- P&L responsibility of $3M or more
- Understanding of M&A; preferably hands-on experience
- Proven leadership and mentorship of a team with a minimum of 10 direct reports
- Highly effective at building relationships

- $120k base + bonus, total comp first year $180k plus benefits
Director of Sales responsibilities:
- Participate in Board meetings with ongoing reporting to international management
- Track needs and trends among competitors in order to grow revenue
- Meet sales, budgets, and profit targets
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, suppliers, and procurement
- Ensure customer success leads to increased sales with existing customers
- Implement strategies to increase sales to new customers
- Finalize service agreements
- Full P&L responsibility, as well as M&A activities
- Assist the CTO with R&D
