Love is always target of #Evil .#Devil changes the body often . They ll cut a person down from all their near and dear ones with various tactics. The wise ones understand and stick around, the others fall prey to these tactics of mind games .God has chosen a Saviour for everybody depending on old roots or past connection it belongs to. That's where the God and the Parents shout out to the saviour " Catch my child , put your arms around ,he/ she is alone and in danger ." When God has chosen you for purpose from the beginning to bless someone's life from your hands ,go for it ,it's a good karma and you are healing a soulful connection .The SON of God or a a great believer of GOD only has the power to save ,as soon as Devil takes it form during specific periods .Often ,we as a soul or even small innocent infants babies soul cry seeing certain individuals and we continuously complain about only particular individuals without even able to explain, it's not to be ignored , it's because when our soul gets that Intuition or vibes .It's about reaction on seeing certain individuals around from eyes is natural intuition of a bad energy or vibes in the form of devil , changing body - you will come to know by their poor energy ,their devil smile, redness in eyes , violent behaviour ,seeing the psychotic behaviour towards you trying to cut you from near and dear ones with or those who care for you or you care about . That's how devils play with their tactics using the weapon of. misrepresentation & play of minds & thoughts .
Don't fall for the devil's temptations .. Amen ??

??The Hurrier I Go…The Behinder I Get Ever feel like rushing through tasks just leaves you further behind? This phrase, once puzzling to me, now resonates deeply. In today’s fast-paced world, the “do more with less” mantra has stretched many teams to their limits. But at what cost? Key takeaway: If quality is the goal, hurry has no place in the plan. Hastily made decisions, whether hiring the wrong person, implementing rushed solutions, or skipping due diligence, often lead to greater setbacks. We end up addressing the symptoms rather than the root cause, creating a cycle of inefficiency and burnout. Here’s the truth: taking the time to thoughtfully prioritize, analyze, and anticipate consequences isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Slowing down to ask “what if” or “why” can prevent costly mistakes, protect team morale, and improve outcomes. And let’s not forget the importance of balance. Taking real time off (yes, real vacations!) is not only beneficial—it’s vital. Research shows that regular breaks can reduce the risk of death by 20% and heart disease by 30%. ?? Slow down, think smart, and invest in the long game. Because rushing isn’t progress—it’s just running in circles. Let’s commit to being thoughtful decision-makers and leaders who prioritize quality, for ourselves and our teams. Curious to hear your thoughts—how do you balance urgency with intentionality in your work? Now that the initial SHOCK hitting the big 3-0 has worn off, my heart swells with gratitude for everyone that has helped me along the way. From my early days in HR, figuring things out as I went, to now, I’ve learned so much. Here are a few thoughts I’d like to share: ? Gratitude for The Growth: A sincere shout-out to Shannon Wenninger and Lee Wenninger ??. Thank you for making me apart of the Express Employment - Hamilton County / Specialized Recruiting Group team. Thank you for creating an environment where I could learn, stumble, and rise stronger. ?? When doubt crept in, they believed in my potential. Their confidence fueled my determination. Thank you for seeing what I sometimes couldn’t see in myself. Their guidance wasn’t just about work—it extended to life lessons. I’ve learned resilience, empathy, and leadership from their example and teachings (even when I didn’t want to). Thank you for being more than our bosses, but our mentors. ?? ? My Passion for Staffing: Working in Staffing, I’ve connected countless unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers with their dream jobs. It’s more than just filling positions; it’s about building careers and changing lives. Not only of those we place, but their families and OUR community. ?? ? Collaboration: ?? I’ve collaborated with incredible colleagues, clients, and candidates. Together, we’ve forged strong teams. Here’s to the power of teamwork! ?? So here’s to turning 30, embracing gratitude, and continuing to champion industrial and skilled trades! ???? If you’re part of this industry, drop a comment—I’d love to connect! ?? #SkilledTrades #Industrial #Staffing #Recruitment #CareerJourney #Manufacturing #Warehousing #Teamwork #CommunityImpact #LetsConnect

Absolutely, embarking on the journey to build your own opportunities can indeed be daunting. There might be moments of uncertainty and setbacks along the way. However, it's through these challenges and learning experiences that growth occurs. Each mistake or deviation from the original plan provides valuable lessons and insights that contribute to personal and professional development. Embracing the process, even when it doesn't unfold exactly as envisioned, is essential. It's about adapting, being resilient, and remaining open to new possibilities that may emerge along the way. Ultimately, it's the courage to step outside your comfort zone, confront obstacles, and persevere through difficulties that lead to meaningful progress and achievement.
