That's where I think we're heading as a profession." 2. "What I say to law firms is: You've got to move past this idea that you can get your clients to pay you for the development of your lawyers. You have to start looking at them not as a revenue source, but as an investment destination. You've got to turn them into very skilled, experienced, confident lawyers who can build relationships with clients, who can bring in business, who can generate their own practice areas."
