You suck at DM slides and your bank account confirms it. Really excited about this new workshop I'm putting together. It's about Outreach & Relationships Management. Current working title is: Building Real Relationships Blueprint - The till, plant, water, harvest approach to Outreach & Relationship Management. Doing a dry run with a client on Thursday, excited to just work through some of the thoughts I have and messaging to see how it lands. Not only do I see so many people suck at the first outreach, but sadly I see even more not even take it because of fear, blindness, not knowing where to even begin, feeling all of the 'hate for it' they have because of the crap inbound they get, and other very valid and very disheartening reasons. And as much as getting that 1st DM slide wrong can torpedo any potential business, there are more phases to the relationship that if you don't get right can be just as harmful to current and future revenue. I love building real relationships, and I hold nothing back of my opinion about how damn good I am at it. But I don't hoard game, and I am really looking forward to sharing it with you!
