Thank you to everyone who saw value in my recent post. Your support, comments, and new connections mean so much to me! Over the past few days, I’ve had so many architecture students reach out, sharing their stories, asking for advice on transitioning to a different career path, or simply connecting to say they resonate. It’s been incredible to hear your experiences and to have these honest conversations. But amidst all this, I’ve been reflecting on something important: privilege. I’m deeply grateful to have the privilege to even THINK about work-life balance, to consider a career shift, to imagine a life where I can do what I love and feel fulfilled. The truth is, not everyone has these choices. For many, it’s about survival, and I recognize how fortunate I am to be able to make these decisions. This doesn’t just apply to our careers. It starts with the everyday. How do we treat those around us? Our house help, delivery workers, drivers, anyone in service-based professions? How often do we pause to acknowledge their effort, let alone treat them with the kindness and respect they deserve? Real change starts here. For those of us in a position of privilege, it’s our responsibility to set the tone: to treat people better, to show dignity in every interaction, no matter how small. Healthier work environments, fairer systems, and a kinder world all begin with us, in the choices we make every single day. I’m committed to being better, and I hope we all are too. Let’s strive for kindness, respect, and humanity in everything we do. Because that’s how real change begins with each of us <3

Shekhar, Your support has always been a pen tool for me, tracing both smooth and zig-zag career path. Thank you for giving the white-space in daily life, to become comfortable or tight according to situations. The extra margins you always provided, helped taking a break and change context. You made me understand, to detach either the raw emotions or a component, it's necessary sometime. Your suggestions always helped to move forward in right direction to add more value in life, same as auto-layout. The iteration post our friendly chit-chat or review call, always helped moving forward one step in life. Thanks for all the learnings, memories, parties and our late-night games (undercover, dumb charades, karaoke night, truth and dare.. and many more) in townhouses. Do your best, and have a bright future. Farewell!

I launched Mync Boutique while sitting alone in my car, across from a post office, with nothing but a vision and determination. The road was filled with obstacles, but each struggle reinforced my commitment to my dream. Today, Mync Boutique is a thriving symbol of female entrepreneurship and empowerment. For all the women out there who feel alone in their journey, remember: your solitary beginnings can lead to extraordinary achievements. Keep believing in your dreams. ?? #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurialSpirit #Empowerment

Today, I have completed my 5 years of professional experience journey. These years have been filled with valuable lessons, challenges, and growth. Here's what I have learned: 1. Always be patient - Patience helps me navigate challenges with a clear mind and prevents rash decisions that could lead to mistakes. 2. Be a good listener - Listening attentively allows me to understand others better, build trust, and improve collaboration. 3. Improved communication skills - Clear communication is essential in all aspects of my work, from sharing ideas to resolving conflicts. 4. Have connections - Building a network of professional relationships opens doors to new opportunities and provides valuable insights. 5. Knowledge sharing - Sharing knowledge not only helps others but also reinforces my own learning and fosters a culture of collaboration. 6. Time Management and Accountability - In my early years, I struggled with balancing my tasks. Over time, I've learned that effective time management and make to do's is one of the most important skills for productivity. Prioritizing tasks, setting realistic deadlines have allowed me to manage my workload more effectively. At last, thank you everyone who has involved in these 5 years of professional journey ??

2024: A Year of Experiences, Learnings and Gratitude. As we step into 2025, I had taken a moment to look back 2024, a year filled with challenges, valuable lessons, and personal growth. One of my strongest takeaways this year was the power of resilience. There were moments when setbacks looked unavoidable, but embracing change and staying adaptable helped me overcome challenges and grab the experiences and learning for my next steps. Another key lesson was the power of collaboration. I experienced how much more we can achieve and learn when we unite, share insights, and uplift one another. The first step is often to open up, discuss, ask for help, share your experiences, embrace the differences. These lessons have been equally relevant in personal life, especially? when raising a teen in this ever evolving technology time. Rather its new lesson each day :) As we just moved into 2025, looking forward to apply these lessons: staying resilient, collaborating, reaching my small goals and continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. A heartful thank you to everyone who has supported me directly or indirectly in 2024. Wishing you all a prosperous and fulfilling 2025. New Year, time to write a new chapter…

When I first joined LinkedIn, I faced rejection and lack of engagement, leading me to give up multiple times. Watching others succeed made me question my place here. Despite the challenges, I kept returning, driven by a desire to connect and share my journey. I chose to stay consistent, pushing forward no matter how difficult it got. Consistency became my mantra. I focused on improving my craft and embracing every opportunity to grow. Slowly but surely, I began to see small wins, proving my efforts were not in vain. Success on LinkedIn isn't just about grand achievements; it's about small, consistent steps. Show up, even when it's hard, and believe in yourself. Today, I'm proud of my journey. Every setback and moment of doubt has shaped me into who I am. To anyone feeling like giving up, remember: that consistency is key. Keep pushing forward, believe in yourself, and never underestimate the power of small wins. You can do it, and your journey is worth it. Thank you for inspiring me to keep going. Here's to embracing the journey and staying consistent, no matter what. PS: It's my birthday month?? 12th How is your LinkedIn journey?

As both an academic studying the phenomenon of intuiting (not the psychic kind, but the natural "sensing + sensemaking", or as Laura Day puts it, "an extension of all of our senses") and a practitioner regularly using intuition in tandem with analysis, I wholeheartedly recommend Laura's work. Her ideas are actionable, practical, do not require changing beliefs, work well for analytical thinkers as much as those accustomed to relying on their senses, and it aligns well with current scholarly thinking on intuition. Laura Day, congratulations on your new book! #intuition #sensory #sensing #knowingthroughsensing #intuiting #sensemaking

Thank you to everyone that said “No” along the way. Such an important moment to reflect when someone says no when an opportunity presents itself. No can mean a lot of things. It may mean you aren’t ready, you don’t see the big picture, or it can mean you have the opportunity to grow by reflecting and responding with positive results that allow the growth necessary to elevate your success at the next level. Seek the feedback. Lean in. And growth will be the result when you get outside your comfort zone and level up. Keep pushing. #growth #leadership
Thank you for saying no to me.

Dayuuum, I reached 10 000 followers ?? ! Quite the number, but what does this really mean? For me, LinkedIn has been THE platform for networking, building relationships, marketing, and sales. By the Numbers ?? : - 200+ global partner-oriented calls every year - 100+ opportunities converted into deals each year (personal track record). - 90% reduction in talent acquisition time, speeding up hiring cycles from 6 months (historically) to just 2 weeks. - 350K yearly cumulative impressions from articles, news, announcements, and inquiries, helping me spread the word like wildfire ??. In words ?? : LinkedIn has allowed me to connect with amazing people worldwide, start meaningful conversations, and build lasting relationships with partners I now work with daily. From technical C-suite to executive producers, product owners and engineers, the connections I've made have been invaluable and I couldn't be more grateful to have you all in my network. To all of you who have connected with me on LinkedIn, thank you for the opportunity to engage in conversation ??♂?, for the many laughs and unforgettable experiences. Mat - out ??
