At times it's important to stop at the top of a peak, take that selfie, enjoy it, but then realize there is another peak for you to climb. Maybe it's in another way. But there's always something there for you to dream big and dream often and dream together. And I think the biggest piece I've learned over time is that belief in yourself is what's going to allow you to continue that, and it will allow others to believe in you. All of my coaches who I don't want to say, you know, were overly confident, but they believed in their mission as the as a coach. Believed in the mission for the team and that helped me believe in them. And it really starts with developing that. Why? Like I said, what is your purpose? What is your mission? And by having that, it fuels passion and it builds that unity for the group you're working with or for yourself, right? So having that Y is a huge piece of it.
