This Thursday marks an incredible milestone as Insight Partners kicks off their 30th anniversary celebrations, and I’m honored to reflect on the journey we’ve had together. Our relationship with Insight began in 2019 when Sophie Beshar started following Incredibuild, showing genuine interest in what we were building. That connection led to our Series A round in March 2022, co-led by Teddie Wardi a pivotal moment for us as a company. Since then, Insight has become more than just an investor; they’ve been true partners in our growth journey. What sets Insight apart is their unwavering support—not just in the good times, but also during the challenges. They’ve been there to celebrate wins and milestones with us, but more importantly, they’ve stood by us in tough moments, offering help and guidance without judgment. Their openness and transparency have fostered an environment where we can have honest conversations and find the best path forward together. From connecting us with the right organizations, to coaching our leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Product, to offering guidance that has helped us scale effectively, Insight’s impact has been profound. As a CEO, their yearly conferences have been a highlight—creating opportunities to learn, share, and grow alongside other visionary leaders. More recently, the support of Travis Kassay as our interim CRO is yet another example of their thoughtful, hands-on approach. Insight listens, understands, and helps where needed, all without pushing—something I truly value. My board members from Insight Partners, Brad Fiedler, Teddie Wardi, Lonne Jaffe feel more like friends than just board members, and that’s rare in this industry. ???Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: From Mountains to Data???? One of my favourite views was getting to the summit of Tofana di Mezzo at 3244m. I tried to show the shear scale here without getting the selfie-tick out! ?? It was definetly a team effort getting to the summit. Working as a #Team adapting to changes, and creating an environment of trust and support. Similarly, building a strong data culture requires collaboration among different departments and stakeholders. Together, we can all achieve greater heights! ???????? In building a #DataCulture and driving up #Capabilities we collaborate with phenomenal SMEs and #DataChampions across the business to share their knowledge to both data and non-data people - lots of examples here I'll share in another post! I've always found that the best results come from working together. McKinsey & Company found that companies with strong cross-functional collaboration are 1.5 times more likely to achieve above-average growth! ?? Here's the truth about 2025: Another year isn't just a fresh calendar. It's a chance to rewrite your story. But here's what most people get wrong: They focus on massive changes. New systems. Complete overhauls. Complex resolutions. After implementing hundreds in MarTech transformations, I've learned: The biggest breakthroughs come from: ? Small, consistent actions ? Clear, measurable goals ? Strategic patience ? Relentless execution Success isn't about perfection. It's about progress - the kind that we build together. In 2025, don't try to change everything. Focus on changing the RIGHT things. Like how my clients I focus on top 1-3 of their strategic business goals per quarter. Then we crunch the numbers, see the moves that worked and those that need tweaking, then recalibrate where we can make our magic work.
