Last night, at Creative Hub, we had a meet-up with the leaders of some of the most prominent companies in Kosovo. ?? The purpose of this meet-up was to introduce the Kosova Tech Talent Coalition, a coalition aimed at helping companies find and develop #talent for their organizations, while also enabling talents from Kosovo to build their skills and connect with leading Tech companies. The CEO of Creative Hub, Bojan Koskarov, presented a plan that we, as organizations, can implement to shape the tech industry in #Kosovo. By first equipping young people with #Tech skills and then offering them opportunities to apply those skills for organizational development, every company stands to benefit.
