2024 was a year at BOYLE BRANDS! My five highlights: 1. Promoted the amazing Jessica Weingarten to Director of Operations and promoted the amazing Joshua Brown to Senior Operations Project Manager. I'm so glad to be able to grow from within and keep culture in tact while continuing to scale as slowly as possible. We also hired the amazing Sarah Boston and Alex Arocha as full time team members at Boyle Brands which has been an absolute delight! 2. Expanded our tight-knit consulting network for even more well-rounded expertise in Formulation/RD, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, and FDA label compliance for our clients. 3. Got more involved with the great group at Naturally LA and I'm stoked to keep getting to meet and connect with more LA based CPG folks. 4. Hired Adi Klevit's team to help professionalize our SOP's and get all of my "secret sauce" information gathered over the last decade around commercializing products from idea to shelf more easily disseminated across our organization internally. This was a ton of work but it was well worth it and has made scaling and quality training much more sustainable. 5. Went on my honeymoon with my amazing Wife Lauren Boyle who behind the scenes runs all of the finance, content, and HR for BOYLE BRANDS. Working with your best friend and partner is such a blessing!??
