Today we’re introducing one of our Psychiatric Physician Assistants, Mattison Pearlman! Mattison has been working with us at bonmente for the past three years and as a PA for seven years. Her goal with every patient is to co-create a therapeutic relationship based on trust. “I think it's important to take the whole patient into account while assessing their mental health and overall wellbeing,” Mattison says. “I’m thrilled any time a patient feels comfortable enough to talk about all aspects of their life.” Her favorite part of working at bonmente is the flexibility in scheduling. “I love that I am able to tailor a patient's appointment time to fit their individual need,” Mattison says. “I think this allows me to provide the best care possible without the pressure of trying to squeeze everything into a ten-minute window.
