We love a good taste test here at Blue Spark, and recently we were lucky enough to be sent some Hot Sauce samples by?Skinny Malinkys?to try! Made using the best ingredients straight from the market and fermented for 8 weeks, this family run business have changed the game in hot sauces. It's fair to say that a lot of chilli sauces out there just taste HOT and don't give much else. So if you're looking for hot sauces that are spicy but also pack a punch with flavour, then look no further. Six varieties and six flavours that taste exactly how they sound ?? - Smoked Honey and Black Truffle Sriracha ?? (Our favourite) This was rich, smokey, and the truffle really came through to elevate the flavours. - Fermented Orange Sticky Icky ?? We had our doubts...Orange Spice? But wow were we shut down. This is a flavour combo you don't want to miss out on. - Green Chilli Cumin and Coriander ?? This was such a refreshing taste, the coriander carried the spice well and would cut through a dish amazingly. - Smoked Honey and Whisky Sriracha ?? If you like whisky and you like spice, this is going to be your next obsession. - Outback Jerk ?? The jerk was jerking here, this would be perfect for chicken cooked on a BBQ, a marriage made in heaven. - The OG Roasted Garlic ?? Garlic makes everything better and it was no different here, a solid hot sauce for every occasion in our eyes.
