For Example : Hotel with 280 rooms, made a revenue of 50, 000 $ , the number of rooms occupied last night was 225 rooms, the ADR will be : 50,000 ÷ 225 = 222.22 $ What is RevPAR ? RevPAR represents the revenue generated per available room, whether or not they are occupied. For Example : Hotel with 280 rooms, made a revenue of 50, 000 $ , the number of rooms available is 280 rooms, the RevPAR will be : 50,000 ÷ 280 = 178.57 $ When they both meet ? ADR = RevPar ? They both meet with full occupancy when all rooms occupied. For Example : Hotel with 280 rooms, made a revenue of 72, 000 $ , the number of rooms occupied is 280 rooms : ADR will be : 72,000 ÷ 280 = 257.14 $ RevPar will be : 72,000 ÷ 280 = 257.14 $
