At LaticonX, we kicked off the new financial year with energy, creativity, and a shared commitment to growth. From reenacting iconic movie scenes for our TikTok challenge (yes, we went all out!) to delving into our DISC profiles, the day was packed with learning, laughter, and a lot of team bonding. Vulnerability was at the heart of our discussions as we planned for the future, embraced challenges, and fostered a growth mindset. The evening wrapped up with a spectacular dinner and awards night, where we celebrated the passion and hard work that drives us forward.
