A new report from Biotechnology Innovation Organization outlines the state of the biosciences industry in Maryland. ?Maryland ranks in the top states for bioscience venture capital investment, academic R&D expenditures, and NIH funding. ?The average bioscience wage in Maryland – $142,243 – is 94 percent higher than other industries in the state. ?
