I see Big Buddy as an organizer and a collaborator with other youth organizations and they really do have a leadership role because they've been around long enough to know how to have relationships with the youth and with the other organizations. And I've seen how well they adapt and grow. They really are a leader in the community. Relationship building is something we have done for over 55 years and so we are excited to be able to come out in a way that we are sharing that. With the community, we provide them opportunity, we provide them hope, we provide them connections, and we teach people how to bridge that gap so that they can be successful in their own lives. Building relationships, that's what life's all about really. Regardless of what you do is building relationships. How do you talk to people? How can you empathize with people? How do you show respect to people? How are you respectful towards people? And I think a lot of what Big Buddy does still is that into people, it's a developer. Kids go to Big Buddy, they're going to be afford their live. Opportunities to meet people, people they would meet at home, somebody who they could come to and be a mentor and someone they could see themselves saying, I wanna be like them one day. And so it just creates this beautiful cycle really of giving back and productive interactions and productive mentorship. It's a very exciting experience to see the future leaders. Honestly, the leaders of today, they are so far beyond their years, whether they realize it or not, in technology. And just in the world in general. So I feel like the buddy has produced amazing people. It was like a family outside of the family from me. I have an emotional tie to me buddy, along with the academic help. And people that are there are genuinely just love the program and what it stands for. They help me and they're still helping me grow, you know, as a man today. So my conviction is, is that one of the best ways to grow is to take time to mentor a kid. You don't have to have everything in life figured out to mentor a child. You just have to be able to show up, have empathy, and be willing to speak truth into someone's life.
