The whole movement of going back to the office is because companies invested into real estate and don’t want to lose their investments ?? completely understand their pov but remote work is the future! It also provides opportunities for better investing company profits with less expenses/overhead. I also see that startups will be able to surpass competitors who are focused on physical assets.

The long and the short of it.

There is a power in sharing.

Funny and yes, all too true but here's the thing... we poke fun and roll our eyes at the companies that provide fruit bowls and yoga classes, maybe with a generic resilience e-Learning, as an attempt to support wellbeing for their people... what happens, however, if we step forward more curiously and first ask about the positivity of the intention? Some organisations certainly just want to tick the box ala 1990s Jerry style BUT I come across so many leaders and HR professionals who genuinely want to make more meaningful changes for the wellbeing of their people but simply don't know where to start with an impactful, evidence based wellbeing program. Realistically, for meaningful impact, the interventions offered need to be customisable and personalized within the context of the organisation. Knowing this suddenly adds a perception of complexity and cost which, as wellbeing experts, we know isn't necessarily the case. As such, I invite the broader sharing and greater accessibility for science-based wellbeing initiatives, case studies and knowledge to support more organisations to better support the wellbeing of their people, meaningfully and sustainably.
