Just a few weeks ago I have shared the new legislation from the USA #healthcare on 'stepping-out' from #QALY mantra for the #assessment & #appraisal during the #hta process. It looks like the topic will resonate more and more. I agree with Ale? Tichopád on 'the #costeffectiveness and #QALY logic behind', however, Jakub Hlávka brings some interesting arguments into the ongoing discussion. We should try our best to find a proper balance, in order to secure an #access, #quality and #cost for #sustainable #healthcare, especially for those who are the most vulnerable. And we should become brave enough to start to think not only #outofthebox but rather #differentboxes.

4Trans Factoring has been featured in today's (also printed) Hospodá?ské noviny article on the toll price increase in ????, coming up already in March. Although less dramatic in terms of costs, the increase follows last December's toll increase in ????, this time affecting the whole of Czech logistics. As Jaroslav commented, this will impact significantly smaller operators in road transport, for whom the toll increase could add up to an additional cost of 400 to 600 CZK for every 1000 km driven daily.
