When you think of a Major Donor Gift, what figure comes into your head? The truth is this is a trick question. Every organisation and fundraiser defines a Major Donor Gift differently, so there isn’t an industry-standard one-size-fits-all magic figure. Instead, what’s more important is ensuring that everyone in your organisation is clear and agreed on what that figure is for ????your cause????. This is especially important if you’ve moved between causes as each may vary widly.
