We are grateful to have Dr. Christopher Gardner on BestBehavior this week! This episode is not about what to eat, but rather about how to eat. Christopher’s approach to food has shifted overtime, and we hope you enjoy learning about his journey. Christopher is a Professor at the Stanford Prevention Research Center and in the CHPR program. He has a background in nutrition science, but he has expanded his research from individual dietary nutrients to food within society. You might know him already from his awesome Stanford classes, his active Twitter (@GardnerPhD), or his most recent Netflix docuseries titled “You Are What You Eat.” He was also Liz’s undergraduate advisor here at Stanford.
