We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our Huntsville, AL team. Position Overview: The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Huntsville location. This role encompasses administrative support, light accounting tasks, HR assistance, and other office-related duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day operations to maintain an organized workplace. Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. Prepare and complete bank deposits and track related financial activities. Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a seamless start for new employees. Manage employee uniforms and ensure proper distribution. Collaborate with team members to address office and operational needs. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in processes and workflows. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Familiarity with basic accounting practices (experience with accounting software is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
