On Tuesday night, Nico and I took a moment to celebrate. It’s easy to move from one goal to the next without stopping to reflect or to celebrate. But as a sports fan, I know celebrating wins matters. Because it creates momentum. So, we took a moment to look back on Sailpeak's wins this year: ? New clients joined us. ? Our first hires (more incoming). ? Projects wrapped up with success. ? Existing clients confirming new projects. And so, we raised a glass and celebrated. Because moments like these keep us motivated. They remind us of what’s possible and where we’re heading. Speaking of which… here’s a sneak peek at what’s next for Sailpeak ??: - Hosting a cool event early next year - Fun team activities to strengthen our culture - Doubling our team size over the next few months And we’re super excited to dive deeper into AI within the financial industry. Our expanded focus will include: → Assisting institutions on their long-term AI strategy? →Prompt engineering to gain productivity → Supporting banks in marketing their AI products within the organization to drive transformation (such as Custom internal AI virtual assistants or chatbots) If you’re interested in the future of AI in finance and banking, I’d love to connect. Taryn Branca, Polydoros Sassos MBA, Katie Kerr, thank you for your leadership this week and giving the team the resources and support we need to drive success for our team & clients (both future and current). Hannah van der Vord, Sam Osborne, Lauren Eager exploring all of the work you're doing in your channels was fascinating and how they all interconnect and ladder-up to our goals was so fun. It was great to see all the hard work you've accomplished in 2024 and all you have left to do was absolutely invigorating. Joelle Rodenroth & Cecily Spikes...what is there to say!? You're both absolute powerhouses and I can't wait to keep celebrating your wins every week (because at this point, it is every week!). Thank you for always using marketing's email sequences, blogs, and social posts to bolster your amazing outreach. It means so much! Diving deeper into the foundational ops work Kristen Archer & Kayla Chabola do was fascinating (and I've never been so happy to see so many reports -- your work in Hubspot was used in almost every presentation!). The thoughtful work Jessica Snyder (she/her) and Kyle Lautan are doing to ensure our employer clients have an above-and-beyond experience was wonderful (and helps explain our insane 93 NPS!).
