Hi, I’m Terrence D.Q. Smith born In 1983. At a very younger age, I was instructed that the United States department of Natural Research & Human History located at the pentagon near the office of the U.S. Treasury office, the U.S. Mint Numismatic department, near the Department of Internal Revenue Service near the Office of the comptroller of currency, together with the federal reserve & now Federal Trade Board’s department of Finance governing institutional investors with regulations established via security exchange commission protocols protecting instituational & individual investors. I even eventually also acquired my own gold savings bond using my fiat cash portion of my inheritance as one of my investment income generating adding saving bond instrument and opening a trust collections account to my portfolio as another one of my early investments. In the 1980’s, when I recieved my phone call & written correspondence that confirmed I was born with a very rare inheritance in the phone calls from former presidents, & visit from the city mayor’s generated the attention of the local media where I hosted an evening that proved to generate promising opportunities for me to invest in businesses. After depositing my cash into my first bank account at first suburban bank, I used my cash from one of my checks that was sent to me to build my first real estate investment property named Homewood Shores, a condominium project. After I deposited my second check into my Seaway Bank Trust personal wealth trust estate account, I was officially confirmed the wealthiest individual & America’s youngest real estate developer completing the housing project in 1984 as I’d decide to also start investing in several businesses in Energy & Transporatation, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, & television & broadcast, technology in Silicone Valley including several Fortune 500 businesses. (Apple, Microsoft, At&T, worldwide Technology, Oracle, Berkshire Hathaway,Amazon, Godaddy, Black Rock, Google, Meta Paltforms, Instagram, Netflix, T-Mobile, Verizon…) I’ve made investment decisions to transfer my portfolio of assets, take over a bank privately becoming publically traded as I’ve maintained private ownership with the founding of U.S. Bank & shareholder equity in private equity & even of course internet technology diversifying my personal portfolio of assets. At U.S. Bank I’m working on a few areas of operations where I have not trained my employees of security breaches & best practices… After 40 years as a patient investor at Terrence Smith Private Wealth Trust Estate, SP. now managing my personal trust estate trust, Happy New Years 2025! 2024 marked a monumental leap forward for biologit. biologit MLM-AI, and the newly launched biologit Database solidified their positions as industry leaders. Exceeding the milestone of 100 enterprise licenses was not just a testament to our technological excellence but also a validation of the trust and value our partners place in our solutions. This year wasn’t only about numbers but also about innovation. The product enhancements and the launch of the database for local literature opened new possibilities for active safety surveillance, addressing the needs of enterprises globally. Each new client brought fresh challenges and opportunities, pushing us to refine our technology and expand our impact. My Year in Numbers: Personally, I thought I’d taken a quieter approach to travel this year—only to discover I’d boarded 38 flights! Living on an island, my only other choice is by boat ??♀? ??. On the ground, I represented biologit at 16 events—as a speaker, panelist, and networker. Each event was a platform to share biologit's vision, strengthen partnerships, and absorb insights from a dynamic industry. The demands of this visibility extended beyond logistics to wardrobe upgrades: my conference suits saw a stylish evolution from Massimo Dutti to Max Mara Fashion Group (thank goodness for that 50% discount!). Looking Ahead to 2025: The horizon looks even brighter for 2025. If projections hold, biologit will surpass 1,000 enterprise licenses. This isn’t just growth; it’s transformation and scale! The next year promises to amplify everything we’ve worked for—more innovation, more partnerships, and even more travel (time to strategise a more sustainable wardrobe plan).
