Frasers Property Limited's half year results show that Frasers Property Industrial's earnings are still strong, thanks to strategic land bank acquisitions, solid leasing activity and a focus on delivering high-quality assets. Key performance highlights as of 31 March 2024 include: - Total AUM S$11.5 billion (A$13.1 billion & EUR 7.9 billion) - Portfolio consists of 172 completed properties in five countries, with 4.5 million sqm of NLA?(net lettable area) - A strategically positioned landbank of 3.0 million sqm - Maintained our pipeline with 14 assets under development totalling ~420,000 sqm.
