I love this! This is a great overview, Amy Gibson! A solid starter pack. Thanks. Beyond encouraging open communication, how do you propose building the communication culture (from scratch)? What’s your process for, let's say. deciding when to use emails, calls, meetings or something else? Also get the team involved?
