Well and I I have some realtor friends that I have watched in my career that started in my office. And maybe they're on their 8th or 9th firm now. And the thought of that just. First off, I'm a really loyal person. So unless it's miserable, I'm not going to go anywhere, right? But the thought of changing signs and learning systems and. You know, just moving everything there is. Everyone in real estate is looking for the secret sauce. And the thing they don't tell you in real estate school is that this is a prospecting job. And if you don't prospect, you don't have business. I sat in class with 60 students and they all thought if they got the highest grade on the test that I don't even know what they thought. That business is just going to come to them, right? You know, it's getting through the test and getting licensed and getting all of that and figuring out where you want to go. But you have to tell people you're in the business and you have to ask for it, just like you guys do.
