That's great. That's awesome. Because that that was my next question is kind of what are the biggest challenges and I think. You know, just from the outside, I'm not in here doing it, but you know, you have to, you have to really navigate that dialogue with different personalities with a different cadence because some people love to talk a lot. How do you get your questions in? How do you make sure that it's flowing so you know how those challenges been? I mean, it sounds like you're doing you're, you're making the environment a great place for people just to have a, a professional conversation, but also at a personal element and maybe have some fun because I do hear you guys laughing a little bit. But how? How those challenges been? O for me it's it's. So Riley and I will, will do is, is, is we'll actually get together prior to the episode and we'll go over the bio. We'll start to talk about questions and things like that and kind of be on the same page. And, you know, at first, I, I would say in the first couple episodes were kind of, you know, we're figuring out where I was going to end and you were going to begin or you were going to, you know, end and I was going to begin. But you know, to, to let everyone in on a secret. So when I'm done with a question, I'll reach over with my leg under the table and tap him on the back of the foot or something just so he knows. Let you in on my secret. Most of the time when he does that, it's about 3 or 4 questions too late. He's been talking too long. OK, I'm sitting there just waiting and I'm like, he's gonna kick me here soon. But he won't. He won't be quiet. So right, Well, that's the dynamic of having two hoes. That's right. How do you play that balance? And obviously you guys are still figuring that out.
