Happy #FeatureFriday to BBB Accredited Lasting Roots Estate Services! Both established and BBB Accredited in 2024, Lasting Roots provides estate sales services such as estate cleaning and asset liquidation. We've been having a great time setting up this feature with business owner Tony. See below for a couple of reasons for why Tony sought BBB Accreditation within the Wisconsin community: "I've contacted BBB in the past as a consumer and the organization fought for me every time I ran into questionable company practices. I will never forget how quickly those companies backtracked once BBB demanded accountability from them. As a business owner, I want BBB to hold me accountable should my customers and clients approach them with a complaint. If I keep my Accreditation current with BBB, I'll know I'm running our business the right way. Trust and honesty are vital to the success of Lasting Roots. I'm working with clients who may be under tremendous emotional stress, while asking them to open the homes and possessions of their loved ones for us to care for. If they know we're accredited with the BBB, that's one step we took as an organization to make sure they can be confident we will treat them with the service they deserve." In addition to happily partnering with World Relief Wisconsin, Lasting Roots has committed to donating 1% of their profit to World Relief. We love to see a business that gives back!
