We also learn how to run awkwardly around corners to prove our self worth. The best candidate is never selected. Throwback to my Girl Scout days - look at this awesome picture of my troop and me (5th from the left) at our leveling up ceremony. Looking back, the lessons we learned were priceless. We didn’t just earn badges; we learned real-life skills that have stuck with me. ???? Teamwork, ?? problem-solving skills, ?? empathy, ???? friendship and supporting one another Honestly, aren’t these the same qualities we need more of in the workplace? The best teams I’ve been part of didn’t just check off tasks - they connected, supported each other, and navigated challenges as humans first. So, here’s my thought: Let’s bring more of those ‘Girl Scout values’ to work. Remember that we’re all humans trying to make things happen together.
