Let's talk about KPI's and Capitalism.? KPIs are originally designed for a capitalist?profit model that causes the need, construct and failure of 'charity'. This approach and 'philanthropic' demand from funders to measure performance, product and growth via a capitalist lens only replicates Capitalist and White Supremist harm- while gas lighting what it means to measure meaningful change.? Funders- If you are still not deeply grappling with the violence of capitalism in itself, and in the ways it has brought you money (regardless of how it's spent), and continue to have faith in the construct of charity as opposed to solidarity, tax justice and mutual aid... I'm not sure what else to tell you at this stage.
