Some of you might have seen that I wrote and published an open source test automation project, aimed at testers who are ready to take what they learned about test automation from watching videos, following tutorials and reading books to the test. I’ve just completed a first reference implementation for that same project, using C#, NUnit, RestAssured .Net, Playwright and GitHub Actions. If you’re ready to get serious about getting more comfortable with test automation, the project will take you through the process, one step at a time, with you building a portfolio project to showcase to your current or next employer as the end result. I’d love to hear whether this has been helpful to you. Link to the project and the reference implementation in the comments to avoid stupid LinkedIn algorithm penalties.
Cool work Bas. Currently I'm not working in C#, but when I will, I'm certainly going to use your project.
What a fantastic project, well done!
Congratulations on completing and sharing this open-source test automation project! It’s amazing to see how you've combined practical tools like C#, NUnit, RestAssured, Playwright, and GitHub Actions to create a valuable resource for those looking to level up their automation skills.?
