It takes an average of 23 minutes and 15 seconds to resume a task after switching applications, showing the impact of 'context switching' on productivity. Consensus, a complete contract and matter management solution built on Microsoft, reduces the need for legal teams to switch between applications, enabling them to request contracts with a Microsoft Copilot Request bot and collaborate to review them — all without leaving Microsoft applications. Here's a quick overview: ?? Contract request in Microsoft Teams - The Copilot request bot created allows users to initiate matter and contract creation requests in Teams without switching applications.? ?? Contract creation in Microsoft Outlook - Users can create contracts within Outlook and initiate reviews for them based on set rules.? ?? Contract edits in Microsoft Word - Created contract templates can then be opened directly in Word for real-time collaboration and saves automatically to SharePoint, maintaining a version history in the application. This will be an interesting feature when it comes out later this year. Scheduled Copilot prompts. #smallbusiness #copilot
In many cases, the prompts that we use with Copilot for Microsoft 365 would be good to be applied more than once, e.g. to create a calendar overview with task/meeting prioritization every day or week, without the need for manually running the prompt by the end user. Good news is that we're working on a new capability, called 'Scheduled prompts'. Scheduled prompts will allow users to automate Copilot prompts to run at set times and frequencies in Copilot in Microsoft Teams, Office.com/chat, and Microsoft Outlook for the web and Desktop. A Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license and a Standard Microsoft Power Automate license will be required to use this feature. In order to have the Scheduled prompts feature available in an organization, no action is required. The feature is automatically included as part of the Optional Connected Experiences admin setting, which is on by default: https://lnkd.in/gGJWqszF General Availability: We will begin rolling out early October 2024 and expect to complete by late October 2024. We communicated these in Message Center in article MC816217. This is also associated with our public roadmap: ID 401124: https://lnkd.in/g5DdFUez It is also recommended to create a data policy in the Power Platform Admin Center: https://lnkd.in/gsGizhc6
