If you've heard someone say 'we need to practice, think about and treat cancer entirely differently--and it should already be happening', this 60 minute podcast may have you best appreciate how, and why. It's the reason for all of those 'about a 30-40% chance of working' we're often saying in a 2nd or 3rd line saying. Why we have variable stats on what toxicities may or may not occur. Why 'time to progressions' are all over the place. Why? In a nutshell, because we're generalizing, and hoping the individual.. fits the generalization. The opposite way of practicing in this manner?
