NACS fell over Prime Day on Amazon… while our Retail team is selling Cheers to c-stores here our eComm team generated $180k in Amazon revenue! ?????? As Cheers scales up from startup to emerging brand, I think one of my favorite parts are these “divide and conquer” moments. It’s a magical thing when a business has multiple teams/departments and they’re all firing on all cylinders. While Sam, Cole, and I are here in Las Vegas landing the largest convenience stores in the country… ?? the HQ team is doing $100k days on Amazon… ?? the warehouse/fulfillment center is prepping both eComm orders and retailer shipments… ?? the global team is cutting up videos for social media and responding to customers… ?? and Anjalie Rajapaksa is helping us all stay focused and organized! When you’re growing like this, some days it’s more chaos than well oiled machine. But it’s clear, we’re moving closer to a well-oiled machine each quarter than we are to chaos. I believe we’ll look back on these growth years and the wins, long days, etc. as the “good ol’ days.” ??

There's one thing succeeding in some HARD categories in the US marketplace taught us... That we can deal with ANY level of competition. The confidence that we can make normal performers into subcategory bestsellers and main category top 100 products. You just have to know how to identify the true potential of a product — no bias. And then go all in, or plan accordingly. We always noticed this 'conditioning' when we were able to bring results so effortlessly in UK pretty much every time. And now an Amazon Germany launch that has been going GREAT. Almost feels like a step down from the US competition we are used to, and there are still so many EU sellers who struggle there because they don't have that conditioning we have. What's strong competition to them is a simple deep analysis for us to know what to do here, simply because we have dealt with MUCH TOUGHER competition ??♂?
