I’m in my “circle back in the new year” era It’s officially time for some much-needed R&R — sunshine, toes in the sand, and a fruity drink in hand. If you feel guilty about slowing down, consider this your permission slip to unplug, take a break, and soak up time with the people you love. Watch the classic holiday movies Make gingerbread houses Bake treats for Santa Make potato latkes Light the menorah Find joy in the season Rest hasn’t always been easy for me. But I have come to recognize the importance. Rest clears my mind, sparks motivation, and recharges me for what comes NEXT. I’m already getting excited for January - ? A 4-week workshop to help business owners create high-converting lead magnets & nurture sequences AND ? Opening spots for 3 new 1:1 clients to help scale their business without the overwhelm But first, I’m hitting the reset button. How will you be spending the holiday week? Are you in the right route? Have you noticed that every driver has their own route? They chose that route, mastered it. That's why a lot of people know some drivers because of the route they follow. The point here is in life, everyone has a route. You have a route and every route is not yours. Choose your route and build in it. Do not leave your lane to pursue another person's lane. What makes you the best in what you do is the ability to locate and master where you belong and focus on it. Stop being INTERESTED in all you see. Find your lane, drive on it. Build your fan base there and show up steadily. Don't waste so much time running everywhere, by the time you know it you're tired. There is something you can do, find it and focus on it. New Years Eve is really just like any other day. It has 24 hours (which we may see more of depending on if we celebrate ‘East Coast’ or ‘West Coast’ New Years tonight). What makes it magical however is the *Possibility* that comes with an expanse of 365 unblemished days. We spend the future time in our minds like we do lotto ticket winnings (which we haven’t even bought a ticket for). We will work out more, be more adventurous, kinder to ourselves and our families. How to hold onto the magic once the days start getting spent- and the reality of the work behind the goals sets in? The *Possibility* of each day is still there, even if one or two days didn’t go as planned. It’s okay to start the clock over- even if the calendar isn’t set to turn. The magic after all is the knowing that you guide your time. May your 2025 bring all the possibilities to light.

But hard work is only sustainable if it’s tied to something bigger: your “why.” Why do you strive? Why do you keep pushing forward? For me, finding my “why” has been the key to fulfillment—it’s the driving force that turns effort into passion and setbacks into lessons. As we celebrate the upcoming season, let’s take time to appreciate our families, honor our efforts, and reconnect with the purpose behind what we do. It’s a powerful reminder that the work we do today shapes the future we envision tomorrow. Wishing you all a joyful, meaningful holiday season filled with love, gratitude, and purpose.
