Just returned from an amazing LMN event with our valued customers! It's moments like these that make me even more grateful for the work that I do. Spending time with people who make my soul smile is truly special. During the event, we tackled some tough topics, including the importance of a personal mission for everyone in a company. It's crucial for individuals to have their own purpose clear before "aligning" with the company mission statement. As I've grown as a leader and as a person, I've come to realize that a company mission should serve both the customers and the people who form the company. Employees need to see how the company mission serves them too. When employees choose great companies with a mission that aligns with their values, they are more likely to reach their personal goals. Therefore, individuals must have a mission and goals in place personally to make a good decision about where to work, why, and if we expect them to be highly motivated to achieve the company mission, we need them to understand that success in business is used to provide the fuel needed for them to achieve their personal goals. Expecting an entire team to align with a company mission before having clarity themselves may not be healthy for the company or the individual. Let's focus on serving our customers and employees by understanding their personal missions and goals. #missionstatement #peoplefirst #mastermind

In the next week, I will mark a significant turning point in my career journey. We all have experienced selecting a role that is not an exac fit, joining a lineage of talented individuals who have encountered similar situations during their career. Over the past couple months, the process of reflecting on a transition has been full of highs and lows, encouraging and distressing but at the end incredibly profound. It reminds me that even with an exhaustive due diligence, a single decision point doesn't always equate to an alignment with what you believe are your mission, vision and values. While I understand the business aspect, it's essential to acknowledge the personal impact and the power of professional and personal connections. Comprehending the career diversion and the business rationale, the profound personal impact has been extraordinary. Being able to take the time necessary to research, spend time in prayer and reflection, and access to the counsel of trusted colleagues and friends, I’m reminded of the intricate balance between professional commitment, personal commitment and overall personal well-being and how that must align to create a work-life balance. Finding a place that is committed to being transformational in the healthcare delivery model through the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) element has been incredibly refreshing. At AffirmedRx, a Public Benefit Corporation, the mission is clear: to champion transparency, patient-centric care and innovative solutions in an industry often plagued by opacity and complexity. We are leading through authenticity and humility, fostering a model focused on integrity and empowerment. And just like that... My first half a year at Bluecrux flew by! As I channel my inner Carrie Bradshaw, I can't help but wonder: what have I learned from this amazing journey? Here are my three key takeaways: 1) Trust and Utilize Your Team "You are in this team for a reason." In moments of uncertainty, I leaned on the wisdom of more experienced colleagues. Trusting their judgment not only tackled the problem at hand but also taught me their thought processes and decision-making skills, sometimes even turning an issue into an opportunity! This collective intelligence is our true strength. 2) Respect Breeds Growth "If you feel respected and valued, you’ll bloom." Bluecrux fosters an environment where every question is welcomed, no matter how 'silly' it may seem. This respect and openness encouraged me to seek new angles and, at the very least, acquire new knowledge. 3) Walk a Mile in Someone Else's Shoes Helping out in a completely different role showed me firsthand the challenges my colleagues face. It’s a humbling experience that deepened my appreciation for the diversity of talents working together to make Binocs fabulous! #Respect #Growth #LearningJourney #JustLikeThat

We started Simply Technologies in February 2011 together with Alexander Adamyan Some things remained unchanged over these 13 years: our core values, ambitious projects, great partners worldwide, a rockstar team. What has changed? A lot… but today I would like to share my toughts about the three stages of the evolution of my perception of company success: ?Profitability - this is a very important measure, but too obvious to be true. It puts the company and the team on different sides of the table. ? Revenue - this will put the company and your team on the same side of the table but leave your clients/partners on the opposite side in a lot of cases. ? Reputation - is the main metric for me now. It covers the above two in the long-term perspective and allows to set better common goals with the team, clients and partners. However, it is a way more complex task to measure a company's reputation than the profit or revenue. Probably I’ll talk about my ways of measuring the company's reputation in another post to keep this one short. Happy 13th anniversary to all Simply Technologies partners, clients and the team!

What can I say?! Looking back over the last 4 years, it’s been absolutely been amazing! Everything Dave and I set out to achieve we have done so in abundance. We’ve met some fantastic people we are proud to act on behalf of, as well as new contacts in our professional world of property. It was humbling to have such a great attendance to our event last week- especially as so many of our clients do not live locally (and almost thank goodness as there wasn’t much room many more!). I’d say it’s one of the hardest markets I’ve ever purchased property in with both price and interest rates rises that I haven’t seen since I started investing 20 years ago. However, it hasn’t stopped us…in fact it’s made us stronger. Stronger in terms of equipping ourselves with even more strategies to succeed. Stronger in terms of stress testing our numbers to ensure clients succeed. Stronger in terms of helping clients achieve their property goals. Overall…a stronger Fourtress Team equipped to help our existing and new clients who are coming on board. Here’s to the next 4 Years…watch this space!
