At re:Invent this year, I was fortunate enough to speak in not one but two breakout sessions. I have been working with Qlik this year, and they invited me to join them on stage to talk about Data Products and the architectures we have been collaborating on (AIM-234). It was a forward-looking thought leadership piece about breaking down the barriers for enterprises to get their data to Generative AI and how enterprises need to change their mindset to navigate and be successful in this new era of Generative AI. I also delivered a talk in the AWS Dev Community track (DEV-319) - Serverless Scalability Unleashed. It is a talk covering my experience building out a live scoring backend for a global sporting event. It is also my #AWS #Serverless inception story. It covers architectural thinking, how to design a serverless system, and what happens when AWS Lambda goes a little wrong at scale. I enjoyed crafting this story and am pleased with how it came together. It provides solid strategies and principles for everyone who watches it. Watching Dark Matter on AppleTV -- such a great series.
