It was more than just a conference... The REcAP workshop was more than just a conference; it was an intensive training that stimulated critical thinking and required substantial brainstorming. The rigorous modules were effectively simplified by our knowledgeable facilitators, ensuring participants thoroughly grasped the concepts. One of the things I learned is that when trying to resolve a conflict, it is very important to analyze the conflict before intervening. Some steps in conflict analysis include understanding the conflict's historical context, identifying the actors and victims, and exploring the reasons behind the conflict. Special thanks to our exceptional facilitators: Antem Anthony and Kalie Sillah for making complex ideas understandable to everyone.
