With Autocam Medical's focus on continuous improvement and growth, expanding the expertise of our CNC Programmers is essential. Last week, we were excited to welcome Jayson Williams, an Applications Engineer from Hexagon, for an in-depth, weeklong training on the Esprit CAM system for CNC programming. This session introduced future CNC Programmers at Autocam Medical to the software, focusing on toolpath optimization and advanced functionalities to enhance machining efficiency. The hands-on, real-time approach allowed attendees to ask process-specific questions and gain practical insights tailored to our operations. The knowledge gained will empower them to identify opportunities for reducing cycle times and improving cost efficiency, while maintaining our high-quality standards.
