Assalam o alaikum, everyone! I'm thrilled to share that I started my job here #easysolutions on March 15th, and what a journey it's been! My first 15 days were a trial week, so my actual job started on April 1st. And Allhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I was selected as Employee of the Month in my very first month! I'm still pinching myself???? Today, I want to share a personal story that taught me a valuable lesson. In September 2021, I started my career as a QA, despite having no idea what it meant! During my interview, I confidently said QA stood for "question answer" - and my interviewer graciously didn't correct me. Little did I know, it meant "quality assurance" in the gaming world! I wasn't always driven to pursue a career. In fact, I used to tell my friends I'd never work after graduation. But life had other plans! I became the first in my class to start working, and it's been a journey ever since. With short breaks in between, I've learned that growth and maturity aren't always on our terms. It's life - and sometimes, it's Allah's plan - that shapes us. Embracing the unknown and accepting what life throws our way (even when we don't want to) is where true growth happens. Not just in our careers, but in our personal lives too. Let's learn to surrender, trust, and embrace the journey! My first degree was in History, as I always wanted to work in cultural research, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT to complement my studies in software testing and QA. ?????? ???????? ???????? ??????????????? ?????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ????????? About 2 weeks, started just now in January 2024. I moved from other QA work. ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????? ???? ???????? ????????????? I worked at a university where I was responsible for service and support for online undergraduate students. One of my roles was to design the flow for students on the platform, assist with questions, and report possible errors. During the pandemic, this design and reporting activity intensified, making me change careers and invest in the area of QA. ???????? ???? ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????????? ???????? ??????? The opportunity to relate to all areas of software development, from creation, through development and monitoring customer reports. The latest #VitaminSoftware Silent Hero is Matei Tamas — our relatively recent QA who trailblazed through onboarding, regular work, and onto a leadership position in five months. ???? The VS QA department Vitamin aims to deliver capital efficient services to our clients, so every expansion we make is a strategic one. In order to provide high quality outcomes & be mindful of client’s resources and internal functions we’ve developed a separate QA department to assist our engineering team in creating reliable software. Matei was the first member of this task force. ?? Well-organized growth Matei didn’t just perform his QA tasks — he collaborated with leadership in onboarding fellow testers and crafting procedures to make our work more consistent. While doing so, he exhibited expertise and critical thinking skills that facilitated his progress through the VS hierarchy. ?? Team leadership done right Matei took on the mantle of the QA Lead with excellence in mind. He’s been defining procedures, training his team members, and performing his tasks with a mix of professionalism and approachability. The news is out: After 3+ years, I'll be leaving Activ Technologies, Inc. later this month. It has been a WILD ride, with lots of exciting twists and turns, and I really cannot emphasize how wonderful my overall experience has been. I've seen high highs, low lows and everything in between, and I couldn't have done it without my absolutely AMAZING coworkers. I want to give a special shoutout to just a few of the absolutely fantastic people there: - Patricio Gutierrez, one of the single kindest, most masterfully organized project managers I have ever worked with (and an endless source of great movie recommendations) - Garland Duvall, a manager with a sage wisdom so deep you'd think he was 10,000 years old, a laser-like ability to cut through the fluff and find a client's true requirements (a nigh-impossible feat), and most importantly an empathy that always makes you feel like you're supported even when you are stressed out of your gourd. - Jaymie Forrest, an expert businesswoman whose ability to plan, execute, and juggle a frankly ludicrous amount of tasks that would turn the average CEO's brain into a blob of obliterated proteins, and quite possibly the only human being on earth capable of running Activ at the scale and quality that it is today. There are so many more people that I want to thank, like the absolute marketing queen that is Sandra Tincher, the dynamic dev duo of Jeremy Wilson and Mark Milner, and of course Robert Raney, the Man of Ten Thousand Data Maps, and Donna Ausborn, the woman who kept me paid and healthy while I repeatedly forgot to send her expense reports. I could go on and on and on, but if I sat and wrote down everything I loved about these people, this post would be 41 pages long and need chapters. I've seen a lot and I've done a lot in my tenure here: overseen the acquisition of tons of new clients, presided over our SOC2 Type 1 and 2 audits, built a gigantic arsenal of SQL tables, BI reports and IT processes from scratch, and even set up (and later, un-set up) an entire office worth of technologies with only the lovely Michelle Brown to keep me from collapsing from exhaustion. My path from here is going to be a very interesting one, one you won't want to miss, but along the way, I hope you'll join me in wishing Activ Technologies, Inc. nothing but the best for the future. They were a great employer when I started there, they're a great employer now, and they're gonna do some absolutely incredible things in the future. So here's to you, Activ, the best job I've ever had and a place I will always remember with fondness in my heart!

Once iROID ran out of testers as we suddenly received a bunch of app projects. And in search of a tester, a young man with strong determination came out of nowhere. From the moment he stepped in to fill the gap as a tester, We felt the fire in him, His words were so precise and loud. it was evident that he brought something unique to the table. It gave us the gut feeling that he is a perfect fit for our vibrant testers team. Even though Jith’s entry into the company was serendipitous, his impact has been profound. From the beginning to till date, Jith hasn’t changed a bit. He is the one who never compromises with his work. His determination was palpable, and his work ethic was unparalleled, consistently delivering results on time and to the highest standard. With his capability to keep the team united in the toughest times, igniting the team, and always being the ingenious one, Jith always managed to accomplish projects flawlessly. His way of dealing with our clients has saved our team several times. Over time, Jith's role evolved, seamlessly transitioning into a tester cum project coordinator. His versatility and adeptness at multitasking make him the perfect fit for this dual role, effortlessly handling everything in both roles in a breeze. What initially seemed like an unconventional hire, bringing someone with a marketing background into a tester role, quickly proved to be a stroke of genius.
