What do you think of the 4-day week concept? I've?been a strong advocate of it for many years.?I've?visited companies and interviewed leaders who have already implemented it, and their experiences have only reinforced my belief in its benefits. For a few months now, I have been studying with?4 Day Week - Global on how to implement a 4-day week strategy, and I recently obtained my certification!??? Throughout my studies,?I've?learned: ??? ? How to transition to a 4-day week ? How to pitch it to the management team? ? How to design it according to your industry and way of working ? How to improve communication, interactions & synchronization I've?also gained insights into: ?? strategies for achieving deep focus ?? reducing workplace distractions ?? and maximizing the power of rest for greater efficiency ?? I still think that many companies are not ready for it and shouldn’t implement a 4-day week strategy without first working on their company’s culture. You?need a good foundation. What companies can do is to be inspired by all of these techniques to be able to create a positive environment, work better together and more efficiently. It?would be a positive step toward moving closer to a 4-day week. ?? What do you think? Is?your company ready to implement or at least get inspired by the 4-day week concept? Let me know if you need support in it. -------------------------- ?? I'm Aurelie Litynski ?? Supporting companies to foster a positive work culture ?? I think when people come back from a bank holiday, they are fresher, energised and super productive. Our world has changed. We are not all working in factories ??. We have lives with requirements, commitments and finding balance. What I think doesn't matter. As you say, it's the company's readiness, and what’s the mindset / culture stopping them?
The foundation does need to be strong Aurelie Litynski! We work with the companies to ensure that they are properly prepared for work-time reduction. You can't simply - flick a switch - and work 1 day less per week. You need to: - Define your new schedule - Inform clients - Make new rules for how you work Congratulations on your certification! We are honored to have you as part of the graduating class ??
