Our strategic capital is a solution for private equity firms that own companies that need capital during their hold period. This often comes up when GP's have concentration limits within their fund and or they're outside the investment period and they've got acquisition opportunities or other solutions that they need for equity capital to support the continued growth and investment behind what is typically some of their best portfolio companies. This is where AUDAX brings innovative, constructive and timely solutions. Our strategy is really focused on helping sponsors invest more into companies where they have high conviction and we don't focus on providing liquidity that creates better alignment of interests and provides more optimal return outcomes. So ASC is not a typical secondary strategy. They SC is the solution that's an alternative to a CV where GP can access. Equity capital to continue to own their portfolio companies in their existing funds, hold them longer and support them with incremental equity capital essentially you know injecting that additional capital to kind of really turbocharge the value building in that company through the rest of that sponsors whole. Odd strategic capital is a natural extension of the Odd X platform and of the buy and build strategy that's been in existence since our beginning. Our capital can be used by sponsors for you know for multiple use cases. We've got you know the classic mid hole where we're coming in and enabling that sponsor to execute a perforation or piece M&A there maybe even doubling the size of that business. We saw the need for ASC solution in our own portfolio. ASC operates like an equity sponsor responsive to GP's needs. And the nimbleness to execute on transactions within typical GP timelines. We're often asked what is a typical investment for ASC. The common thread ironically is that each one is different and is truly customized to the specific need of the GPS we're supporting. Our strongest advantage is the AUDIX platform and the network effect of being a leading middle market investor. We have incredible amounts of information, data and intelligence. We typically see over 1000 deals a year. As a result, we are better able to identify the optimal opportunities in which we can. Provided minority equity solution, we view ourselves as reduced risk private equity as we target seasoned assets typically owned by a sponsor for two to three years and that asset has proven to be a strong performer. We further mitigate risk through structuring, strong alignment and downside protection into our investments.
