?? Excitement is in the air as we head into Heart Rhythm 2024 in Boston, MA! This year’s lead-up has been filled with groundbreaking announcements and advancements in our field. Here are a few highlights: Stereotaxis has announced its acquisition of Access Point Technologies, aiming to expand its innovative offerings in the electrophysiology space. Field Medical demonstrated a strong presence at the Stanford Biodesign Arrhythmia Technology Retreat, with Dr. Steven Mickelsen presenting. Additionally, the first human trials of Field Medical’s FieldForce? Ablation system are about to kick off as part of the VCAS study (NCT06203262), focusing on ventricular arrhythmias. Still processing a lot of great discussions from the #EUMS2024. Had a very productive (and good) time with Stephen Wildhirt, M.D., Ph.D. and was really proud to see how the insights that he presented from our #firstinhuman clinical trial lead to some great session discussions (and further discussions afterwards). And then as an audience member, taking a step back and seeing how far we at AdjuCor GmbH have come and are coming nearer to bringing a cardiac support device that can AVOID blood contact to the 100,000's of patients in need. #advancedheartfailure Despite much interesting and upcoming tech that focuses on minimizing the consequences of blood contact ?? ??, the benefits of avoiding it cannot be overstated. #nobloodcontact Very interesting to also have Mayo Clinic participating - a substantial add of scope to this meeting ?? Big kudos to Prof. Dr. J. D. This week, we completed the first cases using the newly launched FARAVIEW Software and FARAWAVE NAV Catheter with @BSCCardiology’s FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation System. FARAVIEW brings real-time visualization of catheter positioning, shape, and lesion sites, allowing us to precisely track cumulative therapy delivery throughout each procedure. The FARAWAVE NAV catheter’s magnetic navigation also reduces the need for multiple devices, creating a streamlined workflow for treating AF patients.
