This is a great graphical summary of the many ways you can share #PowerBI content. My personal favorite method is app sharing, but that does require a bit more foresight and governance than some of the other options. It also only works for report elements, not dataflows, notebooks and other Fabric items. I like how this graphic doesn't define a preference for one method, as there's not a one size fits all approach. And these are just the official options- it doesn't mention those antiquated methods such as exporting to PDF or Excel and emailing it to others that so many of us still use simply because it's simple and everyone knows how to use a PDF or an Excel export. The important thing is to be aware of all the options and make the choice deliberately when deciding how to share Power BI content.
